An idea born from everyday life

Hi, I’m Julia, the founder of Theia Moon. As a mother of two and dedicated career woman, I’ve experienced firsthand how challenging it is to find clothing that keeps up with a fast-paced lifestyle. Between family responsibilities, meetings, and self-care, I realized that my clothes needed to do more than simply dress me: they had to support my many roles while combining style and practicality.

The inspiration behind Theia Moon

This need inspired Theia Moon. Through this brand, I wanted to give modern women more than elegant clothing—I wanted to create pieces that work with them throughout their busy days. The brand’s name pays homage to Theia, the Greek goddess of light, and the moon, a symbol of transformation. Theia Moon embodies this duality: strength and grace, action and reflection.

My journey

Alongside founding Theia Moon, I am a Professor of Leadership "Top 40 Business Professors Under 40" and a regular contributor to the Harvard Business Review. As a TEDx speaker and international consultant, I also run two YouTube channels. My next book, The Habit Maker, will be published in 2025, offering practical tools for cultivating positive routines.

With a PhD in communication, three master’s degrees, and certifications in fitness and nutrition, I’m a passionate lifelong learner. This diverse and enriching journey has allowed me to deeply explore themes of leadership and personal transformation—ideas that are central to Theia Moon.
