We offer standard and express delivery services for Germany, Europe, and international orders:

Germany:

• Standard delivery (2 to 4 business days): €4.99
• Express delivery (1 to 2 business days): €9.99
• Free delivery on orders over €150

Europe:

• Standard delivery (2 to 8 business days): €4.99
• Express delivery (1 to 4 business days): €9.99

International:

• Standard delivery: €5.99

Delivery rules and restrictions
You can track your order via the tracking link sent in your shipment confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for your order to appear in the tracking system.

Online orders are only shipped on business days (Monday to Friday), except on public holidays in Germany.

During peak periods, delivery may take longer than expected. In such cases, we recommend allowing an additional 4 to 6 business days to receive your order.

We work with multiple carriers to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Depending on the destination and delivery type, here are the carriers used:

Germany:

• Standard delivery: DPD (2 to 4 business days)
• Express delivery: DPD (1 to 2 business days)

Europe:

• Standard delivery: GLS AT or Hive International Mix (2 to 8 business days)
• Express delivery: Hive International Mix (1 to 4 business days)

International (non-EU countries):

• Standard delivery: Hive International Mix (approximately 7 business days)

You will receive notifications directly from the carrier to keep you updated on the status of your delivery.

We process orders within 1 or 2 business days and ship them from our distribution center. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link included.

To receive your order before December 25th, please place your order before December 18th.
